iCloud is not syncing
Check that both people are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is on, and Relatree can use iCloud. Keep the app open briefly on a stable connection so the latest shared tree can arrive.

Check that both people are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is on, and Relatree can use iCloud. Keep the app open briefly on a stable connection so the latest shared tree can arrive.
02
Open the original private invitation on the iPhone that will join the tree. The invite must be accepted with the intended iCloud account and can only connect the people included in that share.
03
In Relatree, open Settings and confirm reminders are enabled. If notification permission is off, use the in-app link to open iOS Settings and allow notifications for Relatree.
04
Open the relevant tree collection or sharing screen and choose “Restore purchases.” Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
05
Open Relatree Settings and find “Start over.” The person who created the tree can permanently delete it for both people. An invited partner can leave the tree, which removes their local copy and iCloud access while the owner keeps the existing tree. Both actions require two confirmations.
Review exactly what is removed06
Relatree uses your private iCloud storage rather than a separate Relatree account. The privacy policy explains local data, shared-tree retention, deletion, and purchases.
